Dr. Max Czollekis a member of the poetry collective G13 and co-editor of the magazine Jalta – Positionen zur jüdischen Gegenwart. Curator for the 2022 exhibition on the cultural memory of Jewish revenge at the Jewish Museum in Frankfurt am Main. Collections of his poetry including Grenzwerte (2019) Jubeljahre 2015), and Druckkammern (2012) are published with Verlagshaus Berlin. His non-fiction Gegenwartsbewältigung (2020) and Desintegriert Euch! (2018) are published with Carl Hanser Verlag. An English-translation of Desintegriert Euch! is forthcoming with Restless Books in Fall 2022. His dramatic works have been performed across the German-speaking world, including the recent Tage der Jüdisch-Muslimischen Leitkultur (2020). Czollek lives and works in Berlin.
