Alain Leite Stampfli studied social anthropology and Middle Eastern studies at the University of Bern. Since 2026, he has served as Deputy Head of the Swiss Federal Government’s Service for Combating Racism, where he is primarily responsible for strengthening and connecting actors engaged in anti-racism efforts. As a board member of the Institute for New Switzerland (INES), he is also committed to fostering an inclusive public discourse on Swiss identity and to advancing recognition of Switzerland as the pluralistic society it has long been.
